RETURNS PROCESS

In the event you receive your order and would like to return your item/s, Hazel Mai will offer a credit note if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged and all original swing tags and garment care tags are intact within 21 days of receiving your order.

 

SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully. If you would like help with a style or size prior to ordering please contact our team info@hazelmai.com.au or reach out on socials.

 

FAULTS

Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition.

 

CREDIT NOTES

You can apply for a credit note by filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of us receiving your returned parcel.

- Credit Notes are strictly valid for 36 months from issue date.
- Credit Notes are not valid to redeem on shipping charges and are only issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products. Shipping charges are charged separately when redeeming store credit.

 

REFUNDS

We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices Act. The item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If the item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email info@hazelmai.com.au

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

1. Simply return your item back to us in as-new condition with your receipt
2. Sending your parcel back via traceable post and keeping a copy of your tracking number.
3. We don't provide a refund for your return postage cost, unless the error is Hazel Mai's fault (eg wrong item or size sent to you by mistake) or if your style has a manufacturing fault with it. 
4. Once your return has been delivered to us and processed, we will issue you with a credit note via email which expire 3 years from date of issue. Simply enter your unique code at the checkout to redeem.
5. We aim to process all returns the same day or next day after they are delivered to us.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED? 

All items (excluding Sale Swim & Jewellery,) can be returned for an Online Store Credit (e-gift card) within 21 days of receiving your parcel. We don't provide refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault with the style (please get in touch with our customer care team in the unlikely event you have this issue when you receive your parcel).

You don't need to contact us prior to returning your parcel, simply send it back to us within the timeframe below.
 


RETURNS USING AFTERPAY 

Returns remain subject to Hazel Mai returns policy. 

If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. 
When Hazel Mai receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned. 

Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
